The Data Controller of personal data, in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in particular, the Provision of the Guarantor "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies "Issued on May 8, 2014 (published in GU no. 126 of June 3, 2014), informs about the use of cookies used by this website.

Cookies of this type are necessary for the proper functioning of some areas of the site and include both persistent cookies and session cookies. Due to the particular invasiveness that such devices may have in the private sphere of users, the user is required to be adequately informed and express their valid consent (Article 122, paragraph 1 of the Privacy Code: "the storage of information in the terminal device of a contractor or user or access to information already stored are only permitted on condition that the contractor or user has given his consent after being informed in the simplified manner referred to in art.13, paragraph 3 "). In this regard, the Data Controller highlights that, while NOT using 'profiling' cookies on our site, it is possible to change, at any time, the installation preferences of individual cookies, as well as disable their use on the browser. , even if this could prevent the User from accessing some parts of the Site. Each browser has specific methods of managing cookies which are briefly explained below. Therefore, without prejudice to the freedom chosen, granted to the user, regarding the data managed through cookies, please note that, pursuant to art. 122, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code, consent to the use of these cookies is also expressed by the interested party through the individual setting of the browser used to navigate the Site.

4. Third Party Websites
While browsing the site, the User may also receive cookies from different sites, web servers or providers (so-called third-party cookies) on their terminal: this happens because the site may contain elements such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. In other words, these cookies are set directly by site managers, web servers or providers other than the operator of this site. In such cases, the Data Controller specifies that he is unrelated to the operation of these cookies, the sending of which falls within the responsibility of these third-party companies. This, as clarified by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, through the adoption of the Provision on this issue, issued on May 8, 2014: "The obligation to inform the user about the use of cookies and possibly acquire the prior consent is incumbent on the site manager who uses them, as the data controller. In the event that a site also allows the transmission of "third party" cookies, the information and the acquisition of consent are usually the responsibility of the third party. It is necessary that the user be adequately informed, albeit with the simplified procedures provided for by law, when accessing the site that allows the storage of third-party cookies, or when accessing the content provided by third parties and, in any case, before cookies are downloaded to your terminal ".
